How are these made?

Fat Batz uses DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for all their products. Our printing process is engineered for superior durability, keeping your shirts vibrant and intact through heavy use.  With exceptional stretch ability, the prints move seamlessly with our fabrics and resist cracking even when stretched.  Each shirt is manufactured per order, inspected and shipped. 

Brand of shirts?

Gildan G500. Made with 100% cotton, this shirt is comfortable and durable, making it a great choice for any occasion. Gildan is known for its exceptional quality and attention to detail, so you can be certain that the Gildan G500 will meet your expectations. This blank t-shirt comes with a range of features, including a seamless double-needle collar, taped neck and shoulders, and double-needle sleeves and bottom hem. It’s these features that ensure the shirt is long-lasting and able to withstand regular wear and tear. Shirt chart at the bottom.

Shirt Features:

·         -100% preshrunk cotton

·         -Antique (Cherry Red, Jade Dome, Irish Green, Sapphire, Orange) and Sport Grey are 90% cotton, 10% polyester

·         -Sunset, Safety Pink, Russet, Neon (Green, Blue), Midnight, Lilac, Blackberry, Tweed, Safety Green, S. Orange, Dark Heather, Graphite Heather, and Heather (Military Green, Radiant Orchid, Red, Sapphire) are 50% cotton, 50% polyester

·        - Ash Grey is 99% cotton, 1% polyester

·         -Made with sustainably and fairly grown USA cotton

·        - Seamless rib at neck

·         -Taped shoulder-to-shoulder

·         -Double-needle stitching throughout

·         -Tear-away label

·         -Safety Green is compliant with ANSI / ISEA 107 high visibility standards

·         -Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease

·        - 7/8" collar

·         -Classic fit

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Not at this time. 

Are limited shirts different? 

Yes, all limited shirts have extra printing on the sleeve that states “limited”. The back graphic is also labeled limited.  Limited T-shirts designs will only be available one time, never to be reissued again after they are sold out. 

When does the next series of six seven shirts come out?

We are actively working on the designs. Launching soon.  As we add new series, old series will not be discontinued. 

What is Six-Seven Fridays?

Kid have been wearing six seven and other Fat Batz shirts on Fridays. But we recommend wearing Fat Batz gear any day.
