What is Fat Batz return policy?

If the product does not meet your expectations, damaged or manufacturing defect, please email us with a photo of the item at info@Fatbatz.com within 30 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer-inflected damage.  A product that appears to have any of these issues, the refund can be rejected or reduced based on condition.

 

How do I return a product?

When processing a return, please find the original order number. Once that order number is located, please email us at info@fatbatz.com with a photo of the damaged or defect product.

 

When can I return a product?

You can return UNUSED items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  International customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the original item(s) to Fat Batz.

 

How do I receive my refund for an item that was returned?

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  The average processing time is up to two weeks from the item’s arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods, this timeline may be extended.  We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for the original order.

 

Can I exchange my purchase?

If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at info@fatbatz.com so that we may correct the issue within 30 days from purchase. Please include pictures of your issue.
