When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) after being placed. Once shipped, please allow approximately 3-4 additional business days for UPS delivery. During busy periods such as sales or the weeks leading up to Christmas, orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship. Severe weather, carrier delays, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii , or Puerto Rico may also extend this timeline.  Please note these  are estimates,  not guarantees. 

Notification that my order shipped?

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.  You can follow your Fat Batz package directly through the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.  

What does shipping cost?

For Domestic orders, you can get an accurate quote by stepping through the checkout process and entering your shipping address. 

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

 

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive my item?

Check your mailbox first.  Some orders are sent in plain white packages that can easily fit in your mailbox. Also, double check the address you put on your order to ensure it was correct.

If you still do not have the package, please contact your local post office/UPS for resolution, as they were the ones who scanned it as delivered and this is your best chance to locate your package. If they are unable to find it, please file a missing package claim, and send that claim information to info@fatbatz.com

If the order was returned to sender, please notify our team via email at info@fatbatz.com with your correct shipping address and let us know it was returned to sender. Once we receive it we will put a new label on it and send it back out.

 

I need to change something on my order. How do I do that?

In most cases, we're unable to edit sizes, or add items to orders once they've been placed, due to our quick shipping times, fulfillment center and print-on-demand process.
